- Windows Defender. There are improvements on Microsoft’s free anti-malware service, including the option to automatically schedule scans of your PC.
- Windows Information Protection, formerly referred to as enterprise data protection, enables businesses to separate personal and organisational corporate data
- Windows Ink Studies indicate students learn better by writing so using Windows Ink on a Windows 10 device enables musicians to write digital music, graphic designers to be more creative, lawyers to edit documents and students to do mathematical equations.
- Cortana personal digital assistant with 1000 apps. You can ask questions, play music from your PC or set a reminder without unlocking your device. Plus notifications across all your devices
- Smart Sticky Notes
- Handwriting add-on for Office
- Ink annotations for Microsoft Edge browser.
- Easily connect to Xbox One and the Xbox app plus Xbox Play Anywhere games are now offered within the new unified Windows Store
- Windows Imaging and Configuration Designer for schools
